About the Product:
Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil is a unique combination of plant extracts and natural plant oils which visibly improve the skin's texture and smoothness by stimulating the body’s own regulating and regenerating processes. Natural essential oils support the toning effects of the other plant extracts, leaving the skin feeling and looking firm and supple whilst reducing the appearance of cellulite.
A dermatological study* confirmed that when using Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil twice daily over 28 days in combination with Weleda Birch Juice, testers' skin was on average noticeably 35% firmer and skin elasticity improved by 20%.
Visible improvement of skin structure was recorded in 85% of cases, and testers' skin showed a healthy 20-25% increase in blood circulation/ microcirculation.
An earlier focus group also reported an encouraging measurable loss in thigh circumference when using Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil - an average of 3.95cm.
* The latest efficacy tests for Birch Cellulite Oil were conducted independently by German dermatological specialists proDERM, Institut für Angewandte, Dermatologische Forschung GmbH, Hamburg, over 12 weeks, using Birch Juice for the first three weeks of the study.

Samantha Awarded Weleda Birch Cellulite oil 4.8/5
Lovely, luxurious oil, a real treat. The packaging was A bit clinical/medicinal. Gorgeous, nice thick oil. Absorbs brilliantly leaving skin silky soft. Had a very strong aroma but I liked its herbal scent, left I feeling very relaxed. This oil never caused any irritation to my skin. I would use the oil twice a day after bath/shower. I used this over a month and certainly noticed it helped with cellulite towards the end of the trial. A very good high quality product. A bit pricey but great for a treat to help keep pregnant skin soft and smooth. The Product is great just maybe produce improve the packaging and make it prettier. I would consider purchasing this as a treat. I have recommended and purchased some for my pregnant sister. Luxury in a bottle leaves you feeling like you’ve been to a spa!

Sharon Awarded Weleda Birch Cellulite Oil 4.9/5
I liked the presentation and the look and wording of the product. God quality packaging. The oil is absorbed easily and doesn't stain clothes. It makes the skin silky smooth. Unlike other products this one smells nice. While using this oil it never caused me any reaction or irritation. I would use the oil twice a day. I saw a real improvement to the tone of my skin. This product is Excellent. Personally I think it is a bit pricey. I would buy this product again if it was a bit cheaper. An excellent product for improving skin tone an ideal luxury treat.

Looks expensive. Simple but effective packaging – looks expensive and describes what the product does. Oil by its nature is not particularly easy to get out of a bottle without spilling it unless you’re very careful; however the neck design meant it didn’t flow too freely. I thought that it felt like it absorbed very well. Enough to be happy to put pj’s over the top. But probably not my best trousers! I think that the smell is lovely. Even my husband commented on it ‘what’s that funny smell – a bit like lemons – I really like it’. This oil did not cause any irritation to my skin. I would use this twice a day, sometimes just once if I forgot on a morning. It’s very hard to say. My skin felt much smoother and softer in general, however I was also dieting and training for a 10k whilst using the oil so that may have had an effect. I’m tending towards yes though as I think that the oil definitely made a difference to the overall improvement in my skin (it definitely improved). I read the literature that came with the product and it gives the impression that it’s a good quality product. The results back this up. It’s quite expensive compared to a standard moisturiser, but I would say it is worth the outlay and probably not a lot more than other cellulite treatments. No need to improve product design is good. I would consider buying this item and possibly other Weleda products. Would recommend too. Very happy using this oil as it smells lovely and definitely improved the feel and texture of my skin.
