Q.  I am having an operation soon and a friend suggested that Arnica 30c might help.  How do I take them?

A.  Arnica 30c tablets are often suggested to help speed post-operative recovery and can be taken in the following way: one dose the night before the operation, one dose the morning of the operation, then one dose every two hours after the operation for up to six doses, then reduce frequency over the next few days until no longer required.  Always check with your doctor before taking.
