Sunshine gives us a sense of wellbeing and in moderation stimulates vital life processes, strengthening our immune system and helping us make vitamin D, vital for healthy bones. But it is important to protect skin from over-exposure. We take a chemical-free approach, using traditional time-tested mineral UV filters in our waterproof formulations, to reflect UVA and UVB rays, together with extract of the alpine plant edelweiss to help protect skin against the damaging effects of the sun’s rays. Our cooling after sun is made with organic aloe vera gel and nourishing plant oils to help reduce the visible signs of skin ageing.

In our sun care range we use only the finest natural ingredients including pure essential oils to preserve our products naturally, plus active plant extracts for their protective antioxidants and skin-caring nutrients. All ingredients are grown biodynamically by ourselves or ethically sourced from around the world.

All products are free from artificial colour, fragrance, preservatives (such as parabens) and GM materials. All products are suitable for vegetarians. Many are suitable for vegans.
