Ingredients:
Each 200mg tablet contains: Ferrous sulphate monohydrate 4.0 mg and Silica 1.6 mg in a base containing Maltodextrin, lactose, sucrose and vegetable binders.
How to Use:
ADULTS (over 12 years): Unless otherwise directed, during an attack, 1-2 tablets to be swallowed with water every half to one hour until the symptoms are relieved, up to a maximum of 20 tablets in any 12 hour period.CHILDREN (6-12 years): Bidor 1% tablets are recommended for the relief of migraine or headaches.

Hello, just wanted to say how effective your Bidor 5% tablets are. My sister got vomiting attacks and headaches every month with her period. She was unable to work for a day every month, vomiting all day long. She went to the doctor about it and was prescribed tablets, which she didn't want to take because of their possible side effects. It occurred to me her symptoms were a bit like migraine....and I wondered if the anthroposophical medicine for migraine would help...We ordered some Bidor, she takes the tablets every month, and the condition seems to have vanished! I also find Bidor works wonderfully to get rid of headaches.
