Customer Experience (CX) Analyst

A key element of delivering an excellent Customer Experience is ensuring 100% stock availability. In order to help us achieve this, we are looking for a highly organised, confident and forward-thinking individual to join our busy Customer Experience Team in this new, exciting and challenging role.

Key duties will include:

  • Ownership of all stock related master data and day to day management of this data
  • Day to day stock management through the analysis of all relevant data
  • Delivery of improvements against targets in the Stock & Forecasting KPIs
  • Assist Sales Managers with stock forecasting to ensure 100% stock availability against forecasts
  • New product development forecasting from inception to 12 months from launch
  • Identify and lead stock and forecasting process improvements
  • Liaison with Customer Delivery Team Co-ordinator to ensure best use of Warehousing space
  • Attendance at weekly Production Meetings as liaison for CX Team
  • Analysis of CX, sales & promotional data

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Forecasting, you will be:

  • Highly self-motivated, innovative with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Able to communicate in a clear and effective way, including verbally, in writing, using data and visually
  • Proven IT competency; MS Excel at an advanced level is essential and proficiency in MS Access, SQL and VBA is desirable
  • Highly effective analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Able to work equally well as part of a team and also independently
  • Happy and positive outlook on life with a friendly personality
  • Ideally you will love Weleda and will have an enthusiasm for all things natural as well as having an interest in health and sustainability

This is a challenging position and one that will become a key role within the CX Team as stock management against our forecasts is vital to ensuring delivery of an excellent customer experience.

The position is offered on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.

Customer Delivery Team Co-ordinator

The Customer Delivery Team is part of the Customer Experience Team, which also encompasses Customer Care and is led by the Head of Customer Experience.

The Customer Delivery Team is responsible for the packing and despatch of customer orders and is an integral part of the Weleda Customer Experience. The Team also manages the storage of our products to make best use of the Warehouse facilities available.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Day-to-day management of the Customer Delivery Team and facilities, to ensure efficient material storage and shipping to customers, as well as working alongside the team in the picking and packing of orders.
  • Working with the Head of Customer Experience Team to create and maintain a cohesive, co-operative, supportive team that lives the Weleda values and behaviours and are motivated to deliver against the team targets.
  • Regular 1:1’s with all team members
  • Support Team Members with their personal development including Annual Performance Development reviews
  • Day-to-day resource management, both personnel and facilities including budgets
  • Delivery of team targets, especially Month End invoicing targets
  • Reporting as defined by the Head of Customer Experience including Team KPIs
  • Identify and lead improvement projects to improve performance against KPIs and derive best value from the Warehouse facilities.

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience, working within a warehousing and logistics environment, ideally within a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong problem solver with ability to get to the root cause of issues
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational skills, adaptable and resilient
  • Computer literate with a good understanding of Excel and Word.

This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
