Events Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, highly organised, confident individual to join our busy, forward-thinking and vibrant team, based at our headquarters in Derbyshire.

Key duties will include:

  • Creating and maintaining an annual schedule, identifying events and agreeing attendance with key stakeholders in the business
  • Develop and maintain relationships with event contacts/stakeholders/event team members
  • Management of internal and external events to an agreed objective, budget, resource and timescale
  • Active participation at events, ensuring that Weleda is consistently represented ‘on brand’
  • Development and implementation of event processes including data capture, to ensure events are efficient and maximise follow on business
  • Establish a comprehensive feedback process from which to implement improvement plans
  • Liaise with Marketing colleagues to agree branded event stands
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to any event team
  • Support our Wellbeing Advisor Field Team with all aspects of service required from Weleda for their locally run events
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and quality delivery at all events

Reporting to the Head of Advisor & Practitioner Network, you will be:

  • Well organised, creative, outgoing and happy to work as part of a small team and on your own
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Able to demonstrate exceptional project management skills with the discipline and skill to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner
  • Empathetic, clear and confident communicator with people at all levels and in varying situations
  • Strong networking ability, establishing and maintaining a network of internal and external contacts
  • Experience of budget management and highly proficient IT skills, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Exceptional key stakeholder management skills and a strong track record of event management is essential
  • Able and willing to travel throughout the UK and available to work some evenings and weekends

Ideally, the person appointed will love Weleda and will have an enthusiasm for all things natural as well as having an interest in health and sustainability.

The position is offered on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, although a flexible approach to hours of work will be required as there will be a requirement to work some evenings and occasional weekends.

Customer Experience (CX) Analyst

A key element of delivering an excellent Customer Experience is ensuring 100% stock availability. In order to help us achieve this, we are looking for a highly organised, confident and forward-thinking individual to join our busy Customer Experience Team in this new, exciting and challenging role.

Key duties will include:

  • Ownership of all stock related master data and day to day management of this data
  • Day to day stock management through the analysis of all relevant data
  • Delivery of improvements against targets in the Stock & Forecasting KPIs
  • Assist Sales Managers with stock forecasting to ensure 100% stock availability against forecasts
  • New product development forecasting from inception to 12 months from launch
  • Identify and lead stock and forecasting process improvements
  • Liaison with Customer Delivery Team Co-ordinator to ensure best use of Warehousing space
  • Attendance at weekly Production Meetings as liaison for CX Team
  • Analysis of CX, sales & promotional data

Reporting to the Head of Customer Experience & Forecasting, you will be:

  • Highly self-motivated, innovative with a flexible ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Able to communicate in a clear and effective way, including verbally, in writing, using data and visually
  • Proven IT competency; MS Excel at an advanced level is essential and proficiency in MS Access, SQL and VBA is desirable
  • Highly effective analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Able to work equally well as part of a team and also independently
  • Happy and positive outlook on life with a friendly personality
  • Ideally you will love Weleda and will have an enthusiasm for all things natural as well as having an interest in health and sustainability

This is a challenging position and one that will become a key role within the CX Team as stock management against our forecasts is vital to ensuring delivery of an excellent customer experience.

The position is offered on a full time basis, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday.
