We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable individual who will, ideally, live locally in order to work a variety of hours between Monday to Friday including split-shifts and some occasional weekends.
The person appointed will be a key-holder for our Annex and will be required to lock and secure this building each evening. There will also be some general duties including the setting up of meeting rooms with tables/chairs which will involve some lifting as well as general cleaning, emptying of bins and minor maintenance tasks.
The hours of work are likely to be around 5 hours per week but this will be dependent upon the occupancy and use of our Annex building. Rate of pay will be £6.31 per hour. The successful candidate must be able to provide suitable and valid references.
