Eases swelling of bumps, bruises and sprains plus muscular pain

This handy size ointment is ideal for a travel first aid kit or sports bag.

A traditional herbal remedy made with arnica for the symptomatic relief of muscular pain, stiffness and to help reduce swelling after minor bumps, bruises or sprains.

Directions for use: ADULTS and CHILDREN: Apply to the affected area 3-4 times daily with gentle massage. Immediate application will help prevent the development of bruising.

WARNING: Do not apply where the skin is broken.

Ingredients: Constituents: 100g contains: Arnica, Planta tota tincture (1=2 in 30% w/w ethanol) 10ml in a base containing Lanolin, Yellow Beeswax, Sunflower Seed Oil, Olive Oil and Wool Alcohols. Also contains Ethanol 15% w/w. Nominal ethanol content of the ointment 3.75% w/w.
