PURCHASING FROM WELEDA

To purchase from Weleda UK you must be resident in the United Kingdom, (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland). We cannot deliver any products outside of these areas. For a list of Weleda’s or distributors in other countries visit www.weleda.com.

HOW TO ORDER

Pharmacy orders - you may wish to order dispensed specials, which have been recommended to you. These are unavailable online. Please ensure you have the full name, potency and size required before placing your order. Call Weleda Pharmacy on 0115 944 8200.

Payment - is requested with order, and we can accept cheques and postal orders made payable to "Weleda UK Ltd" as well as credit card payments from Visa and Mastercard or Switch and Visa-Delta debit cards.

Post and Packing - there is a charge of £2.95 (£2.50 + vat) applicable on all orders. If your order totals £25 or over post & packing is FREE.

Delivery - should take between 2 to 7 days, dependant on size of order. Small packets up to 1 kilo in weight are sent by First Class Post and packages over 1 kilo are sent Parcelforce 48 hour.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit, please call Weleda Direct on 0115 944 8222, within 3 working days of receipt and we will arrange replacement of goods.

If you change your mind and decide you do not want the goods, your statutory rights allow you to return them for a full refund, provided they are unopened and returned within seven days. You will be responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the goods are packed correctly. Contact Weleda Direct on 0115 944 8222 for instructions and a returns authorisation number.

We will send you our free customer magazine, Weleda Revue, twice a year, which contains seasonal articles and details of new products and special offers.
