1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Weleda UK Ltd ("Weleda" or the "Promoter"), whose registered office is:

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

2.2 The following are not eligible to enter:

• Employees of Weleda UK Ltd;
• Employees of any company within the Weleda group;
• Employees of any agency or third party involved in the administration, promotion or fulfilment of the competition;
• Immediate family members (including spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling) and members of the same household of the above;
• Anyone professionally connected with this competition.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and identity.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens at 12:00 on 20/07/2026 ("Opening Date") and closes at 23:59 on 16/08/2026 ("Closing Date").

3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4.2 No purchase is necessary.

4.3 Only 1 entry per person/email address will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Automated, bulk or third-party entries will not be accepted.

4.5 Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1 There will be 3 winners.

5.3 The total prize value is approximately £110.00.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter considers it necessary.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

6.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be contacted within 7 working days of selection via email.

7.2 Winners must respond within 5 working days of notification.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1 Prizes will be delivered within 14 working days following confirmation of the winner's details.

9.1 By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name and county/town of residence for winner announcements where legally required.

11. Disqualification

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
