I bought this for my first child after six weeks of real nappies, and bleeding, chaffing bottom. I put it on at 4pm the day I bought it, and by bedtime at 7pm the nappy rash had gone - which seems impossible, but is true. We always have this in the house or in a handbag...we use it whenever there is something 'just not quite right' with skin. Mostly it works and even if it doesn't totally resolve the problem (which it quite often does), it reduces the inflammation and pain. I wouldn't be without it.

Purchased this when I was expecting my first baby and looking for more natural products, especially for such a delicate area. This has been amazing, my little one is now 18 months old and it’s been perfect.

My babies bum was so sore it was bleeding and skin was peeling dr prescribed antibiotic cream with steroids in it and even then VERY little help! Went on a desperate google search to find this popped up and it COMPLETELY HEALED my babies bum! This cream is like magic! 🪄 now i swear by it and even recommended it to my aunt who is a carer for her elderly disabled mum who has nappy rash and she said its worked wonders too! :)

I have always loved the nappy cream and buy this for my friends who are expecting. Recently my son had been prescribed other cream from the doctor (he is toilet trained, so havent been using a nappy cream). Well we had to ditch the prescribed cream because he had a massive flair up. I went back to this nappy cream and within 2 hours the redness and inflammation was down significantly probably 90%. Cannot fault this product at all.

Our family is way past the nappy stage but we still turn to this wonderful cream. It has helped soothe and reduce teenagers spots, great for bike riding chaffing, I'll use it on anything a bit sore and oozy. It protects, dries and helps heal. A little goes a long way and it just works like magic.
