Weleda UK supply to addresses throughout the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). For international Weleda's or distributors visit www.weleda.com.

For all orders £50 or under postage and packing is £4.95. Free delivery is available when you spend over £50. This is automatically removed from your cart once your order balance reaches over £50.

Dependent on the weight of your order, parcels are sent by, either:

• DPD 24hrs (please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery)
• Royal Mail 48hrs (please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery)

Please note the following:

Working days are defined as Monday - Friday (excluding bank and public holidays) - therefore any orders placed after 9am on Friday will not be processed until Monday.

The precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified, as all delivery timescales are approximate and subject to availability. Please refer to the order/delivery tracking information, send directly from DPD/Royal Mail, for updates.

During promotional periods, alongside national holidays, please expect a slight delay in orders being delivered. This us due to our warehouse only being operational on working days and shutting down for national holidays. Rest assured, all orders will be delivered as efficiently as possible.

All invoices and shipment documents will be emailed to customers, instead of paper copies enclosed in orders. This process allows us to reduce the amount of paper we use as part of our ongoing sustainability efforts. All customers will be provided with an automated email the moment their items leave our warehouse.
