Weleda X All4Maternity Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Weleda UK ("Weleda" or the "Promoter"), whose registered office is:

2. Eligibility

2.1 The competition is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.

2.2 The following are not eligible to enter:

  • Employees of Weleda UK;
  • Employees of any company within the Weleda group;
  • Employees of any agency or third party involved in the administration, promotion or fulfilment of the competition;
  • Immediate family members (including spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling) and members of the same household of the above;
  • Anyone professionally connected with this competition.

2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of eligibility and identity.

3. Competition Period

3.1 The competition opens at 5pm on 1st May ("Opening Date") and closes at 30th September 2026 at midnight ("Closing Date").

3.2 Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To enter, participants must:

  • Complete an online entry form and, by extension, subscribe to the Weleda Midwife newsletter;

4.2 No purchase is necessary

4.3 Only one entry per person/email address/household will be accepted unless otherwise stated.

4.4 Automated, bulk or third-party entries will not be accepted.

4.5 Incomplete, illegible or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Prize

5.1 There will be 1 winner(s).

5.2 The prize consists of: Weleda Skin Food Lip Balm, Skin Food Nourishing Day Cream, Skin Food 75ml, Sport Arnica Massage Oil, Sport Arnica Cryo Gel, Sport Arnica Shower Gel, Baby Calendula Moisturising Face Cream and Baby Calendula Nappy Cream.

5.3 The total prize value is approximately £101.70.

5.4 The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered unless the Promoter considers it necessary.

5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Winners will be selected by: Random draw

6.2 The random draw will take place on or around: 1st October 2026

6.3 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification

7.1 Winners will be contacted within 14 days of selection via email.

7.2 Winners must respond within14 days of notification.

7.3 If a winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible or declines the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Prize Delivery

8.1 Prizes will be delivered within14 days following confirmation of the winner's details.

8.2 Delivery is available to addresses in: UK

9. Publicity

9.1 By entering, winners agree that the Promoter may use their name and county/town of residence for winner announcements where legally required.

9.2 Where additional publicity (such as photographs or testimonials) is requested, separate consent will be obtained.

10. Personal Data

10.1 Personal data supplied during this competition will be processed by the Promoter solely for administering the competition and awarding prizes unless entrants have separately consented to receive marketing communications.

10.2 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

11. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:

  • breaches these Terms & Conditions;
  • provides false or misleading information;
  • tampers with the entry process;
  • attempts to manipulate the outcome of the competition;
  • acts fraudulently or unfairly.

12. Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:

  • entries lost, delayed, corrupted or not received;
  • technical failures affecting participation;
  • events beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

12.2 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.

13. Cancellation or Amendment

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

14. Winner Information

The surname and county of the winner(s) may be obtained by sending a request to: Emma Goessen, Weleda UK, Heanor Road, Ilkeston, DE7 8DR or emailing emma.goessen@weleda.co.uk within 14 days of the Closing Date.

If a winner objects to this information being published or made available, they should notify the Promoter. The Promoter may nevertheless disclose this information where required by law or to the relevant regulatory authorities.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
