Revitalize your face with an ear massage. This promotes circulation and is wonderfully relaxing, with a slight, pleasant tingling feeling that lasts for a short while. Place your hands against the cheeks and ears. Spread your middle and ring fingers to make a “v” and stroke up and down along the sides of the ear, applying light pressure.

Skincare boost: serum or cream plus facial oil
Take a little less serum or your day or night cream than usual and enrich it in the palm of your hand with 1-3 drops of the facial oil. Spread the mixture in your hands and apply to the face, neck and décolleté (use after cleansing and eye care).
