Warnings and precautions
Read the patient information leaflet before use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Do not use if you are allergic to any ingredients or to other plants in the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If symptoms worsen or persist or do not improve after 7 days of taking this product, a doctor should be consulted. Keep all medicines out of the reach and sight of children. Do not store above 25°C. Store in the original container. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton and tube.
Area of application
For external use only. Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce the seal with point in end of cap. Only for application to the skin. Wash hands before and after use. Adults, the elderly and children: Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily. For contusions (injury) apply a small amount immediately at the site of the injury to prevent the development of bruising and swelling. For short term use only.
Composition
1g of ointment contains the following active ingredients: 0.10ml of tincture from fresh Arnica montana L., planta tota (Arnica whole plant) (equivalent to 48mg of fresh Arnica whole plant). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 53% w/w. Other ingredients: Wool Fat (Lanolin), Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Yellow Beeswax, Wool Alcohols, Ethanol and Purified Water. Suitable for vegetarians.
