It works for me
Had severe cramp in legs twice recently, rubbed cream in and it went very quickly. My cramps get extremely severe and disrupt sleep so this cream is brilliant.

Active substance
Cuprum metallicum praeparatum.
Warnings and precautions
Always read the label before use. Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you experience redness or itching, or if the symptoms worsen or do not go away, or if you are pregnant. Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children. For external use only. Do not store above 25°C. Do not use after expiry date stated.
Area of application
Check that the tube seal is not broken before first use. Pierce the tube seal with point in end of cap. Adults: Apply thinly and massage well into the affected area, once or twice a day or as directed.
Composition
100g contains the active ingredient: Cuprum metallicum praeparatum 0.4g in a base containing Yellow Soft Paraffin and Liquid Paraffin.
