I tried this on recommendation and I have to say it really does sooth aching muscles, I suffer with back pain on occasions and put a capful of this in my bath and soaked. Instantly felt a relief and felt lovely on the skin too. The smell is beautiful. Definitely would recommend it does what it says on the bottle.

Arnica Muscle Soak
Dosage
Shake the bottle before use. Pour 2-3 capfuls into running water. After bathing dry gently with a soft towel and relax in a warm room.
