Relaxing Oral Drops for Stress & Sleep

Mother Tinctures of Avena sativa, Humulus lupulus, Passiflora Incarnata and Valeriana officinalis and Coffea tosta 60X.

 Do not take:
 If you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
 If you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
 If you are under 18 years of age.
 If you are taking other medicines known to interact with alcohol.
  If you are taking other medicines to help you sleep, relieve anxiety or make you feel sleepy.
 
 If you feel sleepy or dizzy, do not drive or use machines.
 Excessive intake of alcohol whilst taking this product should be avoided.
 If symptoms worsen or persist after 7 days consult a doctor.
 Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
 Do not store above 25°C.
 Store in the original container.
 Do not use after the expiry date shown on the carton.

 Adults and the elderly:
 For the temporary relief of mild stress symptoms:
 0.75ml to 1ml in a small glass of water, three times a day.
 
 To aid sleep:
 1ml to 2ml in a small glass of water, half an hour before retiring to bed.
 
 The maximum daily dose is 5ml.
 Do not exceed the stated dose.

Each ml of oral drops contains the following active ingredients: mother tinctures of Avena sativa 0.25ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 62% w/w, Humulus lupulus 0.04ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Passiflora incarnata 0.075ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 86% w/w, Valeriana officinalis 0.3ml, Ext. solvent: Ethanol 43% w/w and Coffea tosta 60X 0.15ml. Other ingredients: Ethanol (alcohol).
