Arnica Cooling Gel is a light, cooling, non-sticky gel made with biodynamically grown organic arnica extract. Ideal for use pre and post sporting activity. Applying with a light massage helps stimulate blood flow, whilst the cooling sensation refreshes overworked, tired limbs and lifts the feeling of tiredness. Suitable for vegans. Gently massage in, reapplying as often as required (note: do not apply to broken skin). For external use only.

Amazing after a really bad accident
I fell head first down a half landing of steps and arnica cooling gel was my saviour. It reduced the puffiness and swelling of my panda eyes and where my body felt stiff and sore it brought great relief.
