'Weleda X RHS Chelsea Flower Show FREE Skin Food 10ml' Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this activation is Weleda UK Ltd (company number 203230) whose registered office is at Weleda UK Ltd, Heanor Road, Ilkeston, DE7 8DR (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The activation is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, of whom is in attendance at RHS Chelsea Flower Show, specifically those that visit the Weleda event stand, during the “Activation Period”. The activation is not open to any resident of whom are not in attendance at RHS Chelsea Flower Show e.g. general visitors of Weleda.co.uk. This is a Weleda event stand exclusive activation.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and Weleda Advocates, and their immediate family members or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the activation are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
3. Activation Period
3.1 The activation opens at shop open on 18 May 2026 and closes at shop close on 23 May 2026 (the “Activation Period”) or when all available FREE Skin Food 10ml units have been depleted, whichever comes first.
3.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the activation, participants must submit their first name and email address via the activation page, using the tablets available via the Weleda event stand at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, as guided by Weleda event staff:

4.2 Providing these details is mandatory for entry.
4.3 By signing up, entrants are agreeing, and by extension opting in, to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter.
4.4 Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will not be allowed by Weleda event staff.
5. FREE Item
5.1 The FREE item reflects 1 x Skin Food 10ml.
5.2 The FREE item value is £3.50.
5.3 The FREE item is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the FREE item with another of equal or greater value if necessary, due to circumstances outside its control.
6. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this activation will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy available at:

10.2 As entrants have opted in to receive marketing communications, their data will also be used for that purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the activation or acceptance of the FREE item, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
8. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the activation where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
