'WIN a Stella McCartney Falabella Tiny Bag + The Entire Skin Food Range' Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Weleda UK Ltd (company number 203230) whose registered office is at Weleda UK Ltd, Heanor Road, Ilkeston, DE7 8DR (the “Promoter”).
2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over with a valid UK postal address.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and Weleda Advocates, and their immediate family members or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition are not eligible to enter.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
3. Competition Period
3.1 The competition opens at 00:01 on 16 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 12 April 2026 (the “Competition Period”).
3.2 Entries received outside of this period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
4.1 To enter the competition, participants must submit their first name and email address via the competition page:

4.2 Providing these details is mandatory for entry.
4.3 Entrants may optionally agree to receive email marketing communications from the Promoter. Agreement to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the competition.
4.4 Only one entry per email address is permitted. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
5. Prize
5.1 One winner will receive the following prize:
  • 1 × Stella McCartney Falabella Tiny bag in black (approximate value £775)
  • The complete Weleda Skin Food range, including all 17 products (approximate value £250)
5.2 The total approximate prize value is £1,025.00.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.4 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary, due to circumstances outside its control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
6.2 The draw will take place during the week commencing 13 April 2026.
6.3 The winner will be contacted using the email address provided at entry.
6.4 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Delivery
7.1 The prize will be sent to the confirmed winner via tracked postal delivery to a valid UK address provided by the winner.
7.2 The Promoter will not be responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by postal services or incorrect address details provided by the winner.
8. Promoter’s Decision
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.
9. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who:
  • breaches these Terms and Conditions
  • submits multiple entries using the same email address
  • tampers with the entry process
  • acts in a manner deemed unfair or disruptive to the competition
10. Data Protection
10.1 Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy available at:

10.2 Personal data will be used for the purposes of administering the competition and contacting the winner.
10.3 Where entrants have opted in to receive marketing communications, their data will also be used for that purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. General
12.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
12.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by English law, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
